Plans and billing

XB Wishlist has a Free plan with no time limit, and two paid plans. Prices are in USD and billed by Shopify, on your Shopify invoice.

#What each plan includes

Free: unlimited wishlist items; guest wishlist; product, collection and floating buttons; the wishlist page with add to cart; multiple wishlists; hide price and hide button rules; save for later; analytics for the last 30 days; custom CSS and JavaScript; import and export.

Basic: everything in Free, plus:

• Back-in-stock, low-stock and price-drop emails, and Shopify Flow and Klaviyo triggers
• Advanced analytics: revenue, conversion funnel, any date range
• Wishlist in the account page
• Wishlist page design and Hide Add to Cart Selectively
• Every language your store sells in

Pro: everything in Basic, plus:

• Abandoned wishlist and periodic review emails
• Collaborative wishlists
• Product recommendations
• Shopify POS

#Change plans

Open Plans in the app menu. Switch between Pay monthly and Pay yearly at the top. Yearly saves up to 30%.

• Start free trial or Upgrade takes you to Shopify to approve the charge. Paid features turn on as soon as you approve.
• Switch to yearly / Switch to monthly changes the billing period.

#Downgrading

• Pro → Basic: once you approve Basic, Shopify POS, product recommendations and collaborative wishlists are turned off.
• Paid → Free: your subscription is cancelled right away, and Shopify credits you for the unused part of your billing period. Stock and price emails, advanced analytics and wishlist page styling stop, along with the Pro features above.

Your shoppers' wishlists are never deleted when you change plans.

If your subscription ends outside the app, for example a declined payment or a frozen store, XB Wishlist moves you to Free in the same way.

#Questions

Is there a limit on wishlists or items? No. Every plan has unlimited wishlists and items.

Can I try a paid plan for free? Yes. Basic and Pro start with a 7-day trial. If you cancel during the trial, you aren't charged.
